I'm Briony
I started my own fitness journey in 2017 and went from being quite overweight, with very uncontrolled asthma, to a healthy size and my asthma being well controlled. I can honestly say that making these changes has improved my life more than I could have imagined at the start of my journey, and now I’m lucky that I get to help others on their journey!
I decided to qualify as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in 2022 and I love that I now get to support other people achieve their health goals.

Emma is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with a passion for helping others achieve balance, strength, and mindfulness. With years of experience guiding students of all levels, Emma focuses on creating supportive and empowering classes that blend flexibility, core strength, and breathwork. Her teaching style encourages self-awareness and growth, making every session both challenging and restorative. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Emma is dedicated to helping you find your flow and enhance your well-being.
