You don’t struggle because you lack willpower. You struggle because no one has ever given you a clear system to follow. You’ve probably tried workouts without structure, nutrition advice without context, and bursts of motivation that fade as soon as real life takes over. I built The Evolve Method to change that. Over the next 12 weeks, I guide you out of the cycle of stopping and starting, and into something that actually moves you forward.

This works because I remove the guesswork for you. You don’t need to overhaul your life or get everything right from day one. I give you structure, support and progression, and we build from there. Step by step, you start training with confidence, fuelling your body properly, and showing up consistently in a way that finally feels manageable. The changes don’t just happen physically. Your mindset shifts too.

Over the 12 weeks, you will:

  • Feel confident walking into the gym instead of questioning whether you belong there

The structure behind the results

12 weeks of structured training

You move through three progressive 4-week blocks, giving you time to learn movements properly, build confidence, and apply progressive overload without rushing or constantly restarting.

A training split that matches your schedule

You will follow a structured plan based on the option you choose, whether that is 2, 3 or 4 days per week in the gym, or 2 to 3 days per week at home. Every week is laid out clearly so you know exactly what to do and how to progress.

Monthly in-person training workshops at Fervid Fitness Runcorn

Once a month, we train together to refine form, build confidence and remove uncertainty in the gym. Day pass required if you are not a member.

Pilates, yoga, spin and on-demand classes

Support your strength training with classes that improve mobility, recovery and overall fitness, all accessible through the app.

Weekly challenges and daily habits

Structured challenges and habit tracking keep you focused, consistent and disciplined without pressure or perfection.

Run clubs and abs class access

Additional cardio and core sessions to support your training. Abs class takes place at Fervid and requires gym membership.

Monthly coffee walk and pre-recorded webinar

A monthly walk to connect and reset, plus a pre-recorded webinar to deepen understanding around training, habits and mindset.

When food no longer controls your mood or decisions, everything else becomes easier to manage.
