Ready to fire up your core this April? Join us for the April Abs & Core Challenge—a 4-week programme designed to help you build a stronger, more stable core, protect your lower back, and start feeling more confident in your movement and posture.
This challenge is all about consistency over intensity. You’ll train abs and core four days a week with short, effective sessions that take no more than 15 minutes. Each day features a set of six exercises focused on building core endurance, control, and strength—perfect for layering into your regular workouts or completing on their own.
How it works:
– 4 workouts per week, for 4 weeks
– Each week increases the challenge by extending the time per exercise
– You’ll complete 2 rounds per workout with 15 seconds rest between exercises and 1 minute between rounds
– The full programme is delivered in a downloadable PDF for easy tracking (print it off or save to your phone)
– Exercises include planks, crunch variations, leg raises, flutter kicks, Russian twists, and more—giving you a full range of core-focused movement
