Ready to fire up your core this April? Join us for the April Abs & Core Challenge—a 4-week programme designed to help you build a stronger, more stable core, protect your lower back, and start feeling more confident in your movement and posture. Â
This challenge is all about consistency over intensity. You’ll train abs and core four days a week with short, effective sessions that take no more than 15 minutes. Each day features a set of six exercises focused on building core endurance, control, and strength—perfect for layering into your regular workouts or completing on their own. Â
How it works:Â
– 4 workouts per week, for 4 weeks Â
– Each week increases the challenge by extending the time per exercise Â
– You’ll complete 2 rounds per workout with 15 seconds rest between exercises and 1 minute between rounds Â
– The full programme is delivered in a downloadable PDF for easy tracking (print it off or save to your phone) Â
– Exercises include planks, crunch variations, leg raises, flutter kicks, Russian twists, and more—giving you a full range of core-focused movement Â
